I think I get what you mean. People mourn in different ways, I know that I did after my own loss. There wasn't a coffin or anything involved, though.

(never mind that this sounds concerning more, that she could be so....blunt. about her own history with death. but it was something she didn't think too much about. it's kill or be killed, she only participates the way she knows best and can do best.)

Hobbies tend to help more, don't they?
I mean, back home I know of people who are a lot older than me in passing....one of them being that doctor I mentioned that wanted my blood for her collection. Honestly? It seemed lonely?
