(she didn’t need much permission, texas seems to have caught on that stopping her would have mixed results. her attention shifts away, not putting anymore thought into the conversation. she can use it for now, but texas does intend to replace it when given chance. she’s only not as of now because the wolf doubts she can put in a request on short notice. well, that and again, she would rather save her chips for more important things. she can deal with a repeat visitor wanting to use it until she inevitably replaces it with something that she’d use instead of a hot tub. she’s not even sure why she was given it, it was clear she wouldn’t be using it.
the thoughts aside, now that caught her off guard in how she blinks. excuse her? “fluffy” and “adorable”? were it anyone else, she might have brushed it off, but coming from this woman? she’s not sure if that counts as good or not while she puffs out smoke again. that cigarette is going to be her lifeline with any others resting in her pack. dear god. not the greatest of ways to spend a night. getting surprised by the woman that had caught her, and more than that. but it’s better than nothing? she did typically spend those nights alone, these nights alone, while staying off in her own little corner.)

(an old habit, but a habit she can’t quite let go of. the resort did have a funny way of maintaining these terrible vices, texas just so happened to have more interesting ones. sometimes it can be used to even tell when she’s having a suit flare up. not right now, thankfully, right now was more because she’s been dealing with more frustrations as of late from certain aspects forced upon them. that and missing her swords, she really wants to find them again. find something again that belonged to her.)
